My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, lovely, and felt like home. The hotel is situated in the heart of Melk, offering a great view of the abbey. The dining experience was excellent with a wide range of options, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. However, there were some issues with service attention at times.
